Alternative Staffing, Inc. a locally owned company has partnered with the Trident Workforce Investment Board, the South Carolina Employment Security Commission and Trident One Stop to provide much needed services to Lowcountry Businesses and job-seekers.

On any given day Alternative Staffing, Inc. has on average 1,300 local residents meeting the staffing needs of the Carolina Lowcountry.

Jan Cappellini, owner of Alternative Staffing, Inc. is also a member of the Trident Workforce Investment Board. The Trident Workforce Investment Board provides support services to WIA eligible job-seekers to enable their entry and retention in the workforce. Eligible job-seekers include adults, dislocated workers and youths. The Employment Security Commission and the Trident One Stop work together to provide these services.

Ms. Cappellini is committed to partnering with the One Stop System. And for that reason, Ms. Cappellini has opened an office in the One Stop Center, assisting the One Stop System with job placement.
