       1. The father of Baal-hanan, king of Edom (Gen. 36:38; 1 Chron. 1:49).

       2. The son of Michaiah and father of Elnathan. He was a trusted officer at the court of Josiah (2 Kin. 22:12, 14; Jer. 26:22; 36:12). Called Abdon in 2 Chron. 34:20.
