Abednego [servant of Nego, probably the same as Nebo].
The name given by the prince of the eunuchs at Babylon to Azariah, one of the three faithful Jews, afterwards miraculously saved from the fiery furnace Dan. 1:7; 3:12-30; 1 Mac. 2:59).
